Loupa is a graduate of Makerere University Kampala with a Bachelors degree of arts in Education, majoring in Geography. He is an accomplished trained teacher with extensive hands-on experience acquired in social work and projects. He has developed skills through his engagement in various project activities. He has a keen interest in mountain ecosystems and development, in-depth knowledge of international humanitarian systems, institutions and donors and of procedures, accountability frameworks, M&E and best practices in emergency management and has ability to relate humanitarian affairs issues and perspectives, gender issues, political, socio-economic, and human rights issues. Currently, Michea is implementing the block farming activity for Biodiversity for resilience under USAID-RTI which is a resilient activity aimed at mitigating Human wildlife conflict in the Kidepo Valley National Game Park Landscape.
